Another route/attempt had a pop-up error when it was attempting to create a license that "You've already subscribed" to Office 365 and told me to review my Office 365 subscription settings in the Apple Store, which does show it as active as of a few days ago. The installation attempt prompted my MacBook Pro to ask me to login via Apple as it does for most downloads. So I tried subscribing to Office 365 directly through my Microsoft account. I logged in via my Microsoft account (same email as my Apple account), but it said "no Office 365 subscription found" despite me thinking the Apple When I went to open Word 2019, it asked me to activate my Office 365 subscription using my Microsoft login. So I went through the Apple App Store and downloaded both the Office 365 Personal free one-month subscription trial and the Microsoft So I updated my MacBook Pro to the new Catalina OS and could no longer use Microsoft Word 2011 since it's a 32-bit software.
